Amber Davis

About
Amber has loved movement and the power of community for as long as she can remember. From team sports growing up to exploring different modalities in her twenties, Pilates was the practice that instantly clicked—the connection between breath and movement, the focus on control and awareness, and the balance of strength and grace. She completed her Mat certification in 2017 in New York City and is now finishing comprehensive training with BASI. As both a student and teacher, Amber is drawn to how Pilates encourages curiosity and awareness, creating meaningful shifts in both physical strength and mental clarity. Teaching at the Center for Movement Challenges is especially meaningful to her, as her mother has been part of the community and she has seen firsthand the impact it can have. In her classes, Amber creates a warm, welcoming space where people can move with confidence, build strength, and reconnect with their bodies.
