About
Christina has been teaching group fitness classes for nearly 40 years in a variety of locations and disciplines. She is certified in Pilates, yoga, water aerobics, cycle/spin, general fitness and strength training and has management experience in the fitness industry. Although new to boxing, Christina has been working with individuals with movement challenges (Parkinson's, active older adults, MS, joint disorders) for many years and she herself was diagnosed with MS almost 25 years ago. A native of upstate NY, Christina has been married for 34 years and is the proud mother of two. She has called Dunwoody home since 2015. Christina is excited to be a part of the CFMC team and community and hopes to provide an experience that is simultaneously rewarding and stimulating.
