Music Therapy

About
Music therapy through singing can help improve voice strength, breath support, communication, and overall confidence—areas often impacted by Parkinson’s and other movement challenges. Perfect Harmony Health offers a therapeutic Parkinson’s choir led by neurologic music therapists, designed to support speech, motor function, mood, and cognitive engagement through rhythm and vocal exercises. This inclusive, community-based program welcomes individuals at all stages and provides a meaningful, uplifting space to connect, build confidence, and experience the joy of music together.
