Charly Rowlands has an extensive fitness instructor background with a concentration on servicing the Parkinson’s community. She currently is part of the Synapse NeuroRehab team through which she teaches CFMC Optimizing classes. Additionally she is a Parkinson’s Disease/Pilate’s/Fitness Instructor at the Robert D. Fowler Family YMCA, Peachtree Corners where she teaches PD Movement, PD Boxing, Pilate’s, Aqua Aerobics, Senior Fitness, Group Fitness, Balance and Mobility, Barre, Line Dance, TRX .
